Lilliam Quint obtained a scholarship with the AFS Intercultural Programs to United States of America, and she has obtained an American a Diploma baccalaureate in high school Tucson Arizona, and also obtained the Bolivian baccalaureate in a Private School in La Paz Bolivia. She graduated in 1997 from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia, and began her work experience in a prestigious law firm such as Moreno Baldivieso, becoming the Director of Intellectual Property Director. During her years of experience, she has been a legal advisor to a foreign company branch, as well as a legal advisor of the Project financed by the IFAD International Fund for Agricultural Development, a United Nations program. She worked as a consultant of Plurinational State in Bolivia, such as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Productive Development. Furthermore, she has been part of different Law Firms such as Ugarte and Associates, Valverde and Associates. She develops the teaching experience by being an English language teacher at the Bolivian American Center, as well as at the CEC an institute in the city of La Paz Bolivia. She has been part of a Financial Entity, a private entity serving prestigious national clients that were part of the Portfolio of that institution. She has studied Post Graduate obtaining a Diploma in Administrative and Regulatory Law, at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, Diploma in Orality in the Code of Civil Process at the Loyola University of La Paz Bolivia, Diploma in Higher Studies and Interculturality at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz Bolivia, Paralegal Certificate at George Mason University in Virginia United States. In all her years as a lawyer she has achieved an experience in Civil Law, Commercial Law, as well as Family Law and Administrative Law. She developed a strong passion for intellectual property and had the opportunity to work in a prestigious Moreno Baldivieso Law Firm specializing in Intellectual Property for a period of five years in total. During her experience in that law firm, she has worked with more than 50 clients including HITACHI, TOSHIBA, EPSON, JOMA SPORTS, CHRISTIAN DIOR, GIVENCHY, among others.
